Melaka's legendary longkang siham (drain-side blood cockles). There're 2 stalls selling almost identical dishes. Went with Capitol Seafood as they're better at hustling 😄. Ordered siham (had it fully cooked), lala and tauhu rojak (consists of tofu, beancurd skin, fishballs and prawns crackers). Everything was fresh and so yum. The sauce is the killer - umami, sourish, spicy, so addictive. Even ordered more for take-away. Top-notch service. Even has loyalty program - 10% off next bill 😀
