Solid English 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Fish & Chips and more in a kopitiam. Who would have thought you'd find English fish & chips, green tomyam, and asam laksa all on a single menu? 🤔 That's exactly what this hidden gem offers. Run by a friendly family, it's located in an obscure neighborhood kopitiam otherwise known for serving one of the best char hor fun. We tried the fish & chips set (RM20). This humble dish easily rivals higher-end joints, featuring a huge slice of fresh fish that is perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It comes with a homemade mushroom soup with a nice mushroomy taste. The green tomyam (RM11) is slightly tangy, sweet, and herbaceous. While not as fiery as a typical Thai tomyam, it is highly addictive and loaded with generous toppings—especially the thick, juicy chunks of fried fish. Of course, we had to round everything off with their ice kacang (RM6) and cendol drizzled with gula Melaka! 🍧😄
