One of the best wan tan mee in town. HK Cantonese style, which is quite different from the typical Penang version. The noodle’s texture is really good, doesn’t have alkaline taste and the sauce is just nice, not sweet. The wan tan is big and fat. The char siew is definitely the star of the show. Tender and caramelised. Best char siew ever. Also, they come in big pieces 😋
