Delicious char koay kak (fried rice cake). This is another good eat at the night market. The crunchy bean sprouts go so well with the soft koay kak. It has nice wok hei and full of flavour. Best to eat it there straight out of the wok while still piping hot 😋 At RM4.50, it’s also one of the cheaper food options at the market 😊
