An excellent Michelin Select noodle stall. The dry and soup noodles are amazing. The noodle has a nice bite, no alkaline taste and is addictively tasty. The wan tan and char siew are good too. Another thing that I'm excited about is the old school Chinese pastries, which are excellent, especially the fried yam 😋 Besides good food, you’ll get to see them pressing the noodle while seated on the long bamboo pole, thus the name 😃 They also serve rice and fried noodle from noon onwards.
