Seriously the best duck noodle soup. After so many years, this ark tui mi sua (duck drumstick thin wheat vermicelli) is still so satisfying. The herbal taste is strong yet not overpowering, just so well balanced. Nothing beats seating under the humble shack slowly slurping down a bowl of piping hot herbalicious noodle soup, while sweating it out 😄. The chicken drumstick and bak kut versions have got the same soup base as the duck's. My go-to is always the tender yet not mushy duck drumstick.
