Awarded best char koay teow in Penang 🏆 Couldn't resists joining the crowd for Hean Char Koay Teow - winner of Penang Char Koay Teow Competition 2025. Came early 1 weekday morning, the coffee shop was already almost full. After quite a bit of wait, the winning ckt is served. Think the creaminess of this ckt is what sets it apart from most. It might look quite red but isn't spicy. Came with 2 fresh succulent good size prawns at RM8. Old-school coffee completes the meal 😊
