How about a bowl of Hokkien Mee with a history that dates back to 1968? Walking past Sin Kim San Hawker Center in the morning, it's easy to mistake it for being closed, as most stalls only open at night. But amidst the empty stalls, Ah Soon Kor—the friendly 2nd generation hawker—dishes up piping hot HKM using recipes handed down from his father. We had a regular bowl of HKM and a regular bowl of "Cham Lor" (mixture of HKM and Lor Mee - braised noodle soup). Both were equally good. Love that the HKM soup is strong but not sweet at all 👍. Both came with a few slices of roasted pork, and the "Cham" even had two bonus pieces of intestines 😁. A good place for HKM breakfast fix if you're around that area. Hokkien Mee + Cham Lor - RM16
