Lhong Tou Dim Sum

Is there such a thing as too much prawns? 🍤🍤🍤 😁
After a few failed attempts due to the long queues, we finally scored a table on a mid-week morning! The menu is extensive, ranging from classic to premium bites.. We went with all our usual must-haves, and every dish was perfectly executed—so refined.
The chee cheong fun (steamed rice roll), siew mai, and shrimp dumplings were stuffed with so much prawns; it really reminds me of the ones in HK. Also, the char siew pao is a must-try: thin skin and fully loaded with yummy pork!
It’s a bit pricier than average, but the quality is indeed different.
Note to self : next time avoid a table directly under the fan so the dim sum doesn't get cold so quickly!
