Best mee Jawa and Chinese style pasembur ( cheh hu in Hokkien )
Mee Jawa and cheh hu are usually not my thing, as the sauce can be too tomatoey and starchy.
But I really enjoy this version, especially the cheh hu, which is exactly same as the mee jawa just that the yellow noodle is swapped with sengkuang (yam bean / jicama). The sauce is so well balanced especially with the sambal. The vegetables and fried stuff are fresh and crunchy crispy.
One of my go to dish at this food court 😋
