The hidden menu - dry wan tan hor fun.
This neighbourhood food paradise has been around for a really long time. Used to come here a lot. But have not been here for years. Decided to check it out again one fine evening 😊. Yup, we ended up with all our regular dishes 😆.
Firstly, the dry wan tan hor fun from the wan tan mee store - psst, it's a hidden menu only locals know 🤫. I prefer this to the regular wan tan mee anytime. Next is the oh chien (fried oyster). It's still the same as before - wetter and slightly gluey. Had to have the fried mee suah too, which was as good as I can remember. Lastly, the charcoal bbq chicken wings. It was smoky, slight sweet, perfectly grilled. So addictive, especially with the chilli sauce.
Will have to return more often to try so many other things 😄
Wan Tan Hor Fun - RM7
Fried oystere - RM12
Char Mee Suah - RM8
