高佬云吞面 Kow Low WanTanMee

Never had wan tan mee like this before.
Instead of the usual soy sauce and dark soy sauce, they use the braised sauce thus there’re small pieces of mushrooms.
The noodle has just the right texture, doesn’t have the strong alkaline taste. The char siew is nice and tender.
I think the wan tan is the star of the show, big, packed with meat and has a nice bite and very tasty.
The home made fish balls are nice too, the texture is very different from the machine made.
