Neighbourhood Char Koay Teow.
Penang is truly blessed with an abundance of Char Koay Teow stalls. As such, you’re pretty much guaranteed a good plate wherever you go. Though this is not an award winning or "Internet Red" (网红), this CKT is noteworthy. It's full of wok hei, creamy and spicy - just the way I like it.
This stall, which has been taken over by the current proprietor since last year, also serves fried mee (yellow noodle), fried bee tai bak (老鼠粉, short, smooth rice flour noodles), fried mishua (面线, thin wheat noodles that are already deep-fried) and fried rice.
