Michelin Bib Gourmand Koay Teow Th’ng. What can be more satisfying than having a bowl of comforting koay teow th’ng at an alley in Georgetown? The chicken soup is light but so additive and not oily. A standard bowl comes with a variety of very good pork and fish balls and chicken slices, at only Rm6. The alley is very clean and not stuffy. Very friendly operators too. We arrived at around 1.30pm, there was no crowd. Maybe this is a good time to come, right before it closes at 2pm 😄
