Artisan sausage at a food court. This stall serves homemade hotdog with sausages made from 100% pork, no starch and no preservatives. Unlike the overly processed sausages, this is very satisfying - meaty, juicy and the casing isn't too tough. The pillowy bun is slightly buttered and toasted. So far, have tried the Eggcellent Bite and the Onion Bacon Crush. Both were equally good - don't think you'll go wrong with any flavour.
