Truly hidden gem of a laksa 💎 It's located at the ultra hidden HHTC Foo Enterprise kopitiam. Yes, the same spot where Zermatt had his ckt food challenge. I had the lemak (creamy) version. It was mind blowing good. The broth is thick with minced fish, creamy from the coconut milk, fragrant from the herbs, not sweet and is definitely spicy. They also have fried popiah (spring rolls), fish fillets and fish balls as add-ons. Can’t wait to try the asam (sour tamarind) version next day.
