One of the best char koay kak 👍 Chanced upon this stall run by a friendly old uncle. Ordered a small plate with chilli and egg. It was absolutely yummy. The koay kak or rice cake is firm, not mushy and is nicely charred. Full of wok hei. It also has plenty of pickled radish, which provides the umami and nice crunch along with the beansprout. What a satisfying brekkie 😋 Love the early morning atmosphere of this open-air foodcourt too ❤️
