Juicy tender roasted goose 🍗 A Hong Kong trip is not complete without roasted goose. There're many shops offering roasted meat. Randomly stopped here to pack some. Wow, turned out to be so good. The roasted goose was so tender and juicy, not greasy. The siew yuk / roasted pork was chunky with crispy skin and not too fatty. The slightly sweet char siew / bbq pork was also chunky yet tender.
