義蓮鱼头米粉 Green Tomyam

This is indeed a unique dish invented by the owner. Won’t find this in Thailand 😄
The thick mihun has a nice chew. The soup is a balance of sour, sweet, spicy and fragrant from the various leaves used to make it green. The generous portion of freshly fried fish pieces were excellent.
We arrived before they were ready on a weekday, placed our order. Still it was at least a 30mins wait from the time they started serving the 1st bowl. Be prepared to wait 😄
