Ravi's Claypot Apom Manis

The apom stall that needs no introduction.
With no hope of getting it on a weekend due to the crowd, we arrived early midweek morning. After a fair bit of waiting, we got our fix. It was steaming hot with super soft fluffy centre and paper-thin crispy edges. It's best eaten straight away to enjoy the different textures. The set of 5 disappeared in no time 😅.
With over 120 years of history and Michelin recognition, this is truly one of those institutions that defines Penang's street food scene
