Uniquely addictive umami packed mee goreng. Heard so much about this but never thought of trying as I’m not a mee goreng person 😅 So glad that I finally tried it and understood the rave. To cope with the crowd, the noodle is pre-cooked. Upon order, they’ll ladle the cuttlefish sauce on it. Was quite sceptical as it’s precooked. But turns out to be hot and fresh. The noodle is so creamy and packed with umami from the sauce. Not too sweet. You’ll just want to continue eating, so addictive 😄
