The spot that gave us Nasi Goreng Beckham and Roti Beckham.
Murni first started in SS2 back in 1999. It was known as THE late night spot for huge portion, reasonable prices and menu with funky names. I remember having fully stuffed roti with plenty of mayo in spider web design and jumbo sugary drinks 😆. Today, they serve late breakfast to supper at most outlets.
Good to be back at Murni after more than a decade 😅. The food quantity and quality remain the same. Prices are still reasonable. Every dish was good. Lil' boss who dislikes fish chomped down the entire fish and chips. I love the aglio olio with grilled chicken. The slightly sourish beef soup was addictive. The Hainanese chicken chop was so good that we reordered 😋
Glsd they have withstood the test of time and still maintain their identity.
