The Michelin white curry mee. White curry mee is a very Penang thing. The name comes from the white coconut milk-based broth before mixing in the curry paste. This place is said to serve one of the best since 1992. Though it offers more than curry mee, we of course had to have the curry mee and added on the poached chicken. I know I might sound ironic, but the coconut milk-based broth was so good that I don't even mind not adding the curry paste 😬. The poached chicken was surprisingly good too - tender and smooth.
